Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No 145 (HCWCID No 145) maintains the flood control ditch through Copperfield. Through an interlocal agreement, HCWCID No 145 mows the flood control ditch as well as maintains the trail system installed along the flood control ditches in Copperfield.

Please continue to use the WCA trash carts through Wednesday, October 28, 2020. After collection on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 please begin placing your garbage in the Best Trash carts, and leave the empty WCA trash carts as close to the curb as possible so that they can be collected by WCA. WCA will be collecting their carts from October 28, 2020 through November 1, 2020. Service from Best Trash will begin on November 1, 2020.
